How to Obtain Warranty Information


If you are a store, please contact KMC Music customer service with the model number, serial number, problem and warranty status of the item. You will be issued a Return Authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions to return the instrument to the appropriate KMC Music facility for Warranty Evaluation.

*IMPORTANT - In an effort to follow up with your Hamer email inquiry as accurately and efficiently as possible, we kindly request that you include your country of residence along with your question.

If you are a consumer, please contact your place of purchase to request Warranty Evaluation. You need to provide the model number, serial number and a copy of your original sales receipt for the instrument when you return it to the store. The store will contact KMC Music on your behalf to arrange for the Warranty Evaluation.

If your place of purchase is no longer in business or is not located near you, please search our Warranty Service Center to find one close to you.

If you have an electronics problem, please use the Warranty Service Center search to find a local Authorized Service Center to contact for evaluation. In most cases, the Service Center can trouble-shoot, order the parts and repair the problem.
