Steely Dan's Jon Herington visits Hamer Workshop

The Hamer workshop has become a destination for some of the greatest players making music, and recently Steely Dan guitarist Jon Herington made his second trip to New Hartford, CT to drink in the vibe. When artists witness the passion that exudes from the Hamer crew, and see first hand the possibilities of what can be done they rarely leave without succumbing to the Hamer magic! Such was the case with Herington, who spec'd out a new Talladega Pro while he was there.
After Herington and Hamer designer Jol Dantzig nailed down the details for Jon's new Talladega, the crew set out to select the materials and begin the process of building, which is being documented in real-time on Hamer's workshop blog.
